Cole, 43, of 1112 Route 22, Phillipsburg; two counts each of drug distribution and possession of a controlled substance; allegedly sold drugs in the township; arrested Dec. 21 by township police and the Warren County Prosecutor's Office Narcotics Task Force; released on recognizance bond.
