Lisi, 35, with a record for threatening and assaulting women, was released on bail Wednesday afternoon. A special squad led by top Toronto homicide Det.-Sgt. Gary Giroux charged him overnight with trafficking marijuana, possession of property obtained by crime, possession of marijuana and conspiracy to commit an indictable offence. A ban on publication prevents the Star from reporting on details from his court appearance.
