Police report that drugs were transported in petrol tanks and on trucks taken across from Morocco to Spain by ferries.
Among the arrested people there are 31 Moroccans, 2 Spaniards and one Belgian woman.
The activities of one of the largest criminal groups delivering drugs to the European market have been stopped.
