The youth did make it to a police jeep but by the time it reached AIIMS he had died.

The police sources said though the guards have been arrested under murder charge but at the time of chargesheet it could be turned into culpable homicide not amounting to murder as the guards did not intend to kill. However, Anmol's family rubishes the police theory.

Anmol's family demanded the CBI probe and they will involve US embassy as well.

The guards' families too are in a shocked state. They claim that guards had no role in Anmol's death.
