BATON ROUGE, L.A.--The fight over a Louisiana woman's unconventional light display goes to federal court.
The hand with a giant middle finger is a message to a neighbor who she believes stole her dog.
The woman is suing city police. She says officers threatened to ticket or arrest her if she didn't take the lights down. She says it's free speech.
The ACLU of Louisiana is backing her up.
