HORSHAM A Maryland man was arrested Saturday for sending an obscene photo and making explicit sexual demands to a Horsham teen, police said Wednesday.
Christopher S. Lodge, Jr., 21, of Berlin, was charged with a number of offenses including a felony charge of displaying obscene and sexual materials.
According to court records, the incident occurred May 15. Police said the victim was an ex-girlfriend of Lodge.
The Horsham police investigation began in June when the claims of the victim were first reported.
Lodge was also charged with harassment, corruption of minors, and unlawful contact with a minor.
He was placed in the Montgomery County Correctional Facility on Sunday following a preliminary arraignment. He was released from prison Monday.
