Man arrested on suspicion of having drugs, burglary tools - Napa Valley Register

A 47-year-old Napa man was arrested after the vehicle in which he was riding was pulled over for an alleged vehicle code violation, police said.

Mitchell Jack Manley was contacted around 10:45 p.m. on Friday when police pulled over a vehicle in the area of Ash Street and Sherwood Circle, police said. Manley was allegedly found to be in possession of a smoking pipe that contained a usable amount of suspected methamphetamine.

He also allegedly had marijuana and burglary tools, police said.

Manley was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, transporting marijuana and possession of burglary tools, according to the booking report at the Napa jail.
