Police in Northern Province have arrested a 47-year-old foreign national for being in possession of pornographic materials on his laptop.
Police acting spokesperson Ray Hamoonga said Daniel Thomet had on his laptop an image of himself and unidentified girl having carnal knowledge.
The incident occurred between June 2013 at an unknown date and time and 11th September, 2013 at 19:00 hours in Chishipula area in Kasama District.
Hamoonga said the suspect had been charged with possession of obscene materials ontrary to section 177 of the penal code of the laws of Zambia and will appear in court soon.
