Two arrested on drug charges - Martinsburg Journal

MARTINSBURG - Two people were arrested Friday on one count of distribution of heroin after selling drugs to a confidential police informant.

Aaron Rose, 27, of Masters Drive, Martinsburg, and Jessica Hartwell, 23, of Eisenhower Drive, Inwood, were taken into custody after they arranged to meet with the informant and sold the informant a quantity of heroin at a local business on Foxcroft Avenue Friday night, police said.

They were apprehended after the transaction and additional quantities of heroin were recovered along with the buy money. The street value of the heroin was $500. They were placed in the Eastern Regional Jail following their arrest, police said.
