A Cumberland County teen is arrested for DUI and drug charges after police find him in a parked car. James Guest, 18, of Mechanicsburg, was spotted by officers investigating an unrelated call in the 300 block of Cascade Road at 11:47pm Tuesday night.
Pilce say Guest was under the influence of drugs and was arrested at the scene. He was transported to Cumberland County Prison for processing and preliminary hearing will be set for a later date before District Judge Mark Martin on charges of Driving Under the Influence (Drug Related), Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
