A Weymouth pub has had its licence suspended following the arrest of seven people on suspicion of drug offences.
Dorset Police executed a warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act at The George Inn, Custom House Quay, on Thursday after a two-month investigation.
Officers found and seized substances believed to be Class A drugs along with a substantial amount of money.
Three men, aged 33, 37 and 63, and three women, aged 33, 35 and 57, were arrested along with a 17-year-old boy.
Police presented evidence to Weymouth and Portland Council's licensing committee earlier, who decided to suspend the pub's licence with immediate effect.
The pub will be unable to open until further notice and a full hearing is expected to be held on 20 November.
