ASHLAND -- A woman was arrested Friday night after she sold drugs to an undercover police officer, Boyd County Sheriff's Deputy Scott Ball said in a press release Saturday.
Tina L. Trent, 47, of Ashland, was charged with trafficking drugs, first degree, after she sold heroin to the undercover deputy in the 900 block of 29th Street in Ashland.
Deputies were able to obtain a search warrant following the purchase, and they found more heroin, cash and drug paraphernalia inside Trent's home, Ball said.
Trent was incarcerated at the Boyd County Detention Center.
Ball said more arrests are pending in the investigation.
