Peeping Tom booked for clicking obscene pictures of girl - Times of India

MAPUSA: The Mapusa police have booked a case against an unidentified person for allegedly clicking photographs of a girl while she was bathing.

According to the police, at around 9.45pm on Thursday, while a 27-year-old girl from Dhanva in Tivim was bathing, she noticed an unidentified person placing a camera in the gap between the wall and the roof and raised an alarm. The unidentified miscreant immediately fled with the camera.

Following a complaint from the girl, the police registered an offence under Section 447 and Section 509 of the Indian Penal Code. Assistant sub-inspector S V Naik is the investigating officer.
