CORDOVA, Alabama -- Two people accused of illegally selling prescription drugs have been arrested and had their vehicle seized by Cordova police, according to the Daily Mountain Eagle.
Daisy Denise Clark, 45, and Gisueppi Miquel Rush, 47, both face a charge of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, police told the newspaper. Both were being held in the Walker County Jail on $100,000 bonds.
Police received a tip that the pair had been selling prescription drugs and arrested them Thursday in Cordova, the Daily Mountain Eagle reported.
Police confiscated the 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche the two were in during their arrest through civil forfeiture, the newspaper reported.
