POLICE arrested 92 people for drug offences at Saturday's Stereosonic music festival in Ascot Vale.
Police said 80 of those arrested were referred to a drug diversion program, five received cautions and seven were interviewed and charged in relation to possession and trafficking.
Ecstasy, amphetamines, cocaine, cannabis, GHB and MDMA were among the drugs seized at the event.
Acting Senior Sergeant Mark Pilkington said police were concerned that, despite police warnings, many people continued to attend events such as Stereosonic while in possession of drugs.
"We will continue to police these types of events in an attempt to limit the impact these drugs have on society,'' Sen-Sgt Pilkington said.
