Nacogdoches, Texas (KETK) — An East Texas minor was arrested early Sunday morning for driving while intoxicated and possession of drugs.
It happened around 3:30 a.m. in the 300 block of Hughes Street.
Police were conducting a traffic stop on a driver who had failed to stop at a stop sign.
Upon further investigation officers found that the driver, who's name has not been released due to his age, was driving while intoxicated.
Officials also found in a search that the suspect had drug paraphernalia and an unprescribed pill in his pocket.
He was arrested and taken into custody.
