Three people killed as bus rams into commercial complex in Coimbatore - Times of India

COIMBATORE: Three people, including the driver, were killed and another was injured when the bus in which they were travelling rammed into a commercial complex at Kanmarapalayam on Tirupur-Oothukuli Road in Tirupur district on Tuesday.

Driver of the luxury bus, proceeding from Bengaluru to Thiruvananthapuram, reportedly lost control over the vehicle when he tried to avoid another vehicle coming from opposite direction and rammed into the building, police said.

The dead were identified as R Raja (Driver), Frederic of Chennai and Naval Sarma of Alappuzha of Kerala, while the injured Abraham was admitted to a private hospital, they said.
