Fort Myers police arrest 5, seize drugs worth $3K - Sacramento Bee

FORT MYERS, Fla. -- More arrests are pending in an investigation after Fort Myers police arrested five people and sized $3,000 worth in drugs.

Police found the drugs and made the arrests Friday after serving a search warrant following a two-month investigation. Police seized crack cocaine, marijuana, and other drugs and paraphernalia at the home along with three handguns and semi-automatics.

The Fort Myers News-Press reports ( http://newspr.es/X60KRC) officers also conducted a "buy bust" drug operation targeting street level drug dealers. Undercover officers purchased illegal drugs in various areas of the city.
