Here is the Catoosa County Sheriff's arrest report for Nov. 16-22. According to Sheriff Phil Summers, officers and detectives answered 1,467 calls. 77 were booked on a total of 168 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Summers reported that in addition to answering 1,467 calls, the following felony arrests were made.
Claudette Mae Baxter, age 34, of 82 Village Drive Kensington, GA was arrested November 16, 2012 for Criminal Attempt to Sell Schedule II Drugs. Baxter was released on $5,000 bond.
Richard Donald Baxter Jr., age 36, of 3284 Lakeview Drive Rossville, GA was arrested November 16, 2012 for Criminal Attempt to Sell Schedule II Drugs. Baxter was released on $5,000 bond.
Kristen H Crandall, age 33, of 2407 Garretts Chapel Road Chickamauga, GA was arrested November 16, 2012 for two counts of Sell of Schedule II Drugs. Crandall was released on $10,000 bond.
Raymond Lamar Davis, age 62, of 562 Smith Road Trenton, GA was arrested November 16, 2012 for Distribution of Schedule III Drugs. Davis was released on $5,000 bond.
Terrance Lebron Davis, age 33, of 1431 Carousel Road Chattanooga, TN was arrested November 16, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Davis remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Icye Idella Elder, age 64, of 253 Blevins Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested November 16, 2012 for eight counts of Sell of Schedule II Drugs, five counts of Sell of Schedule III Drugs, nine counts of Use of Communication Facility in Committing or Facilitating a Felony, Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Reckless Conduct Causing Harm to or Endangering the Safety of Another. Elder was released on $20,000 bond.
Anthony Dean Luke, age 33, of 401 Lakeview Drive Rossville, GA was arrested November 16, 2012 for Distribution of Schedule II Drugs. No bond has been set. Luke remains incarcerated at CCDC.
William Eugene Mitchell, age 64, of 495 Cotter Street Ringgold, GA was arrested November 16, 2012 for five counts of Sell of Schedule II Drugs and Sell of Schedule III Drugs. Mitchell was released on $30,000 bond.
Shawn Edward McPhail, age 33, of 8703 Morris Hill Road Chattanooga, TN was arrested November 16, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. McPhail remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Joshua Shane Palmer, age 28, of 4306 S Terrace Road Chattanooga, TN was arrested November 16, 2012 for three counts of Distribution of Schedule II Drugs and three counts of Use of Communication Facility in Committing or Facilitating a Felony. Palmer was released on $30,000 bond.
Devin Allen Rhoads, age 18, of 1733 Colbert Hollow Road Rock Springs, GA was arrested November 17, 2012 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Drugs to be kept in Original Container. Bond has been set at $7,000. Rhoads remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Lloyd Hillard Whitley Jr., age 46, of 110 Gas Drive Trenton, GA was arrested November 17, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Whitley remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Joshua Daniel Brookshire, age 32, of 1103 McFarland Avenue Rossville, GA was arrested November 18, 2012 for a Bench Warrant for Financial Transaction Card Fraud x 2. No bond has been set. Brookshire remains incarcerated at CCDC.
