Drug driver looked “dreamy in demeanour” when arrested - Clarence Valley Daily Examiner

Topics:  drug driver, stephen allan fuller

AFTER arresting Stephen Allan Fuller of Grafton for crashing a stolen Ford Laser on the corner of Crown St and Queen St, Grafton police said Fuller looked "dreamy in demeanour."

They also noticed Fuller's breath did not smell of alcohol and they took him to Coffs Harbour Health Campus where he was drug tested.

The test returned positive results for diazepam, clonazepam, methadone and methamphetamine.

Fuller, who is 42, is already serving a nine month prison sentence for the theft of the car and other offences committed on the day he was arrested, August 8.

In Grafton Local Court on Monday his licence was suspended for 12 months after he was found guilty of driving while under the influence of drugs.
