Police uncovered around 2.5kgs of cannabis and a quantity of cocaine and ecstasy during the search of a property in the Laganbank Road area of the city on Tuesday.
On Wednesday, a 26-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of Class A and B drugs and intent to supply.
Area Commander Chief Inspector Gabriel Moran said: "The issue of drugs remains a policing priority.
"Whilst we work closely with partner agencies and the Department of Health to reduce the threat of this harmful and illegal activity we continue to seek the support of the community, whose role is vital in enabling us to disrupt and arrest those involved in the sale and supply of drugs and bring individuals before the courts."
He added: "We would appeal to anyone with information about the sale and supply of drugs to contact us on 0845 600 8000.
"Or information may be given anonymously using the Crimestoppers number 0800 555 111."
