Texas: Five People Killed In Shooting Spree - Sky News

A man has been arrested after a shooting spree in Texas left five people dead in four different locations.

Charles Everett Brownlow Jr, 36, was captured after a door-to-door manhunt in Terrell, around 30 miles east of Dallas.

Police found the body of a woman who had been shot in the head at one home in the town on Monday.

Hours later, firefighters spotted a blaze at a house a few blocks away and found another woman dead inside from gunshot wounds.

On Monday night, a man and woman were found shot dead at another home and a three-year-old boy was discovered alive in his bed, the Dallas Morning News reported.

The fifth body, a man, was found at a convenience store and police chased a man in a car from the scene.

Brownlow was later arrested in nearby woodland.

The victims have not been identified and police have not revealed a motive for the shootings.
