It has been a deadly weekend on roads in and around Calgary.
Two women have been killed in two separate crashes involving motorcycles.
The First took place Saturday evening at the intersection of 26 St. and Oakfield Drive SW.
The Taurus failed to yield and t-boned the bike.
Both people on the bike were thrown 15 meters.
The female passenger of the bike died on scene. The 44-year-old driver of the bike was taken to hospital, along with the driver of the Taurus.
Alcohol and speed are considered to be factors in that collision.
The second crash occurred hours later, around 7 p.m. on Saturday.

Police are still investigating, but witnesses say the driver may have lost control of the vehicle.
