These were among the 15 people killed as a result of 13 accidents on Lebanon County roads in 2012.

The 15 people that died in 2012 is nine less than the 24 that died in 2011. The total includes nine men and six women, and the victims ranged in age from 19 to 80 years old.

Here is a chronological listing of the fatal crashes in 2012:

Jan. 20: Lisa Ann Ruiz, 46, of Lebanon died at Hershey Medical Center after a one-vehicle crash about 4:12 p.m. in the 500 block of East Cumberland Street in South Lebanon Township.

Feb. 4: Margaret Rodgers, 80, of New Cumberland, Cumberland County, died at the scene of a crash on eastbound Interstate 78 in Union Township. She was a passenger in a car driven by her son, John Rodgers, 48, New Cumberland, that turned in front of a tractor-trailer about 12:50 p.m.

Feb. 24: Albert Leininger, 77, of Lebanon died March 10 from injuries he suffered about 7 a.m. Feb. 24 when he was struck by a car driven by 23-year-old Blake Kramer of Schuylkill Haven while crossing the 300 block of South Eighth Street in Lebanon.

April 28: Chad Ulrich, 34, of Lebanon was killed when he lost control of his car while negotiating a curve in the road and struck two trees about 9:16 p.m. on Route 897 near Prescott Road.

May 10: Tractor-trailer driver Michael R. Mrazik, 40, Hazel Township, Luzerne County, and passenger Michael A. Horner, 53, Groton, N.Y., were killed when a sport-utility vehicle driven by 26-year-old Joseph D. Cummings crossed into their lane and struck the fuel tank of their rig about 11:30 a.m. on Route 72 near Thompson Avenue in Swatara Township. The impact caused the tank to explode, engulfing the cab in flames.

June 9: Phillip J. Gulliver Jr., 28, Lebanon, died on June 10 in Hershey Medical Center from injuries he suffered when his motorcycle collided with an oncoming vehicle as he attempted to pass a slower moving vehicle in his lane about 9:05 p.m. on West Main Avenue near Sugar Road in Bethel Township.

June 19: Thomas H. Cuttle, 74, of Schaefferstown died at Hershey Medical Center from injuries he suffered in a three-vehicle crash just before 8 p.m. at Main and Market streets in Schaefferstown. He was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Marion E. Cuttle, 73, Schaefferstown.

June 27: Brian G. Walter, 28, of Lancaster was declared dead at the scene when his Jeep struck a construction truck about 7:45 a.m. at Route 501 and Spring Haven Road in Heidelberg Township.

July 9 Jennifer Jo Lilly, 38, of Lykens, Dauphin County, was was declared dead at the scene of a one-vehicle crash after she lost control of her vehicle and struck a utility pole about 12:20 p.m. on Moonshine Road, just north of Fort Indiantown Gap, in Union Township.

Oct. 13: Ryan Lee Granger, 21, of Lebanon was declared dead at the scene after his vehicle struck a tree at 540 Prescott Drive in North Lebanon Township, about 5:21 a.m.

Oct. 20: Dolores Sweitzer, 64, of Hamburg, and James Zipp, 62, of Lebanon, died as a result of a crash just before 4 p.m. at Routes 22 and 343 in Bethel Township when Sweitzer's vehcile went off the roadway, through a ditch and struck a concrete bridge abutment. Zipp was declared dead at the scene. Sweitzer died after being flown by helicopter to Hershey Medical Center.

Dec. 3: Amber Lynn Yordy, 19, of Union Township, was killed when the car she was driving rolled over about 1:40 p.m. on Ridge Road in Union Township. Yordy was not wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the vehicle, police said.

Dec. 5: Trish Fair, 31, of Lebanon was killed when her car collided with a vehicle driven by John Evans, 44, Annville, about 1:20 a.m. in the 2000 block of West Maple Street (Route 72) in North Lebanon Township.
