Thomaston - Drug agents say a trio of heroin and cocaine dealers were arrested following an investigation in Thomaston.

The 3 are suspected of selling throughout the Mid-Coast region.

27-year-old Stafford Goodman of Biddeford is charged with Aggravated Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs.

He's being held at the Knox County Jail on $5,000 bail.

20-year-old Lauryn Smith, also from Biddeford, and 30-year-old Alicia Santamore of Thomaston were charged with Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs.

Smith was released on $10,000 bail, while Santamore is not allowed bail.

On Wednesday MDEA agents executed a search warrant on Water Street in Thomaston, with help from Maine State Police and local agencies.

During the search, agents found 21 grams of heroin and 26 grams of cocaine.

They estimate the street value of the seized drugs is $10,000.

The investigation is ongoing and more arrests are expected.
