Police arrest 31 in major Ware drug raid - MassLive.com

WARE – Police have arrested 31 in Ware -- most accused of drug dealing including heroin. The coordinated law enforcement actions occurred on Saturday and earlier last week.

Ware Police along with State Police, the Northwestern District Attorney's Office and the Hampshire County Sheriff's Office executed search warrants that targeted 40 individuals; some remain at large.

The arrests followed an 18-month investigation, called Operation Crack Down, initiated by the Ware Police Department.

Arraigned Monday, Dec. 17, at Eastern Hampshire District Court are two Hardwick residents. Cristal Fuller, 26, of 133 Mechanic Street and Roland N. Gaumond Jr., 38, also of 133 Mechanic Street were arrested on Saturday; they are charged with four counts each of drug distribution with intent to distribute.

The following Ware residents were arrested Saturday, and arraigned Dec. 17:

Stephen Britch, 52, and Laurel Pinard, 52 of 51 North Street, charged with 4 counts each of intent to distribute drugs;

Jonathan P. Wallace, 31, of 58 Pulaski Street, charged with 2 counts of intent to distribute drugs; Mark Austin, 53, and Frances I. Laroche, 57, of 53 Pleasant Street, each charged with 1 count of drug distribution;

Jason H. Brace, 29, charged with 7 counts of intent to distribute drugs, and Ashleigh R. Wallace, 29, charged with 6 counts of intent to distribute, both of 70-1/2 North Street:

John L. Romanovicz, 29, of 29 Aspen Street, 2 counts of drug possession and resisting arrest;

Richard C. Loso, 50, and Amy J. Loso, 57, of 12 Otis Avenue, charged with 2 counts each of drug distribution;

Kristen M. Dubuque, 25, of 61 Glendale Circle, 4 counts intent to distribute;

Erik D. Nubile, 36, of 16 Otis Avenue, 4 counts intent to distribute;

Linda M. Cooper, 61 and Bryan J. Horner, 52, of 168 Osborne Road; Joseph Delabruere, 28, of 58 West Street each charged with 10 counts of intent to distribute;

John Delabruere, 52, of 54 West Street, 4 counts intent to distibute;

Harry J. Dineen, 52, of 194 Osborne Road, 10 counts intent to distibute;

Hector L. Peterson III, 23, of 4 Cummings Road, 5 counts intent to distribute;

Michael Estridge, 23, of 22 Mechanic Street, 6 counts intent to distribute;

Cheryl A. McCollaum, 27, homeless of Ware, drug possession;

Pamela J. Washburn, 48, of 60 Hillside Village, 5 counts intent to distribute;

Ann T. Cutler, 32, of 58 West Street, 6 counts intent to distribute;

Rodney Egerton, 50, of 61 Pulaski Street, 2 counts intent to distribue; and Patrick J. Krol, 44, of 278 Osborne Road, 2 counts intent to distribute.

Also, Chicopee residents Michelle M. Sherman, 35, of 4 Laurel Street; and Khara Wozniak, 33, also of 4 Laurel Street were each charged with two counts of intent to distribute drugs; they were arraigned Dec. 5 at Eastern Hampshire District Court.

Ware residents charged with drug law violations arraigned Dec. 13 were David M. Bryant, 23, Corky O. Schipper, 22, and Alisha M. Goulet, all of 403 Palmer Road.
