Twenty Arrested In Drug Sweep - Hartford Courant

A regional narcotics task force arrested 20 people and seized cars, pills and cash during a three-day operation this week.

The East Central Narcotics task force executed arrest warrants on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. They seized four vehicles, 56 Oxycontin pills and $818 cash.

Michael McIntire, 20, of Glastonbury, was charged with sale of marijuana.

Charles Anderson, 51, of Bloomfield, was charged with conspiracy to possess narcotics and conspiracy to sell narcotics. Task force members also executed a search warrant for Anderson's 2012 Nissan pickup truck and seized 34 Oxycontin pills and $239.


Ryan Freedman, 18, of Glastonbury, was charged with possession of marijuana, conspiracy to possess marijuana and conspiracy to sell marijuana.

Matthew Lacombe, 19, of East Hartford, was charged with possession of marijuana, conspiracy to possess marijuana and conspiracy to sell marijuana.

Javon Knight, 20, of East Hartford, was charged with possession of marijuana, conspiracy to possess marijuana and conspiracy to sell marijuana.

Michael Durdeck, 21, of East Hartford, was charged with conspiracy to possess marijuana.

Colby Codraro, 18, of Rocky Hill, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Timothy McGuire, 34, of Glastonbury, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jefferey Safo-Darko, 22, of Vernon, was charged with possession of narcotics and sale of narcotics. Task force members also executed a search and seizure warrant on Safo-Darko's 2003 Nissan Maxima.

Eartha Hester, 36, of East Hartford, was charged with conspiracy to possess narcotics and conspiracy to sell narcotics. Task force members also executed a search and seizure warrant on Hester's 2002 Mitsubishi Galant, and seized $579.

Anthony Brown, 40, of Manchester, was charged with possession of narcotics and sale of narcotics.

Alison Dunn, 40, of Glastonbury, was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Adam Garabedian, 23, of Bristol, was charged with possession of narcotics and sale of narcotics.

A juvenile was charged with possession of marijuana and sale of marijuana.

Ernest Dailey, 53, of Hartford, was charged with possession of narcotics and sale of narcotics. Police seized his 2006 Cadillac and 22 Oxycontin pills.

Gene Walker, 69, of Hartford, was charged with possession of narcotics and sale of narcotics.

Karen Chipchase, 40, of Manchester, was charged with possession of more than 4 ounces of marijuana, possession with intent to sell, operating a drug factory, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drugs within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school and risk of injury.

Ronald White, 30, of Manchester, was charged with possession of cocaine and sale of cocaine.

Elizabeth Louden, 51, of Manchester, was charged with sale of narcotics.
