A drug bust in western Nebraska has seen 14 people arrested on suspicion of aiding and abetting distribution of a controlled substance.
North Platte television station KNOP-TV reports (http://bit.ly/QWaJu4) that the arrests were made Friday morning in Dawson County.
The raid, carried out by the Cooperative Operation for Drug Enforcement drug task force, netted undisclosed amounts of cocaine, methamphetamine, marijuana and prescription drugs.
Those arrested range in age from 64 to 17. Most are from Lexington and Cozad.
The arrests were made as part of an investigation that began in September 2011.
