Seven Arrested for Drugs in Delaware County

Walton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Seven people are arrested as part of a crackdown on drug trafficking in and around the village of Walton.

It's all part of an ongoing investigation by the Delaware county Sheriff's Office to take drugs off the streets.

Four of the arrests were made for the sale of heroin while the three others involved suboxone, hydrocodone and marijuana.

All suspects were arraigned Monday in Delaware County Court.

They are:

-- Edna Cering, 30, of Walton. Cering was charged with one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree, a Class C Felony, for selling Suboxone. She was remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility with no bail.

-- Brittany Bakker, 21, of Walton. Bakker was charged with two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Class B Felonies, for selling Heroin on two separate occasions. Bakker was remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility with no bail.

-- Ryan McGovern, 27, of Walton. McGovern was charged with three counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Class B Felonies, for selling Heroin on three separate occasions. McGovern was remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility with no bail.

-- Robin Jordan, 25, of Walton. Jordan was charged with one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree, a Class C Felony, for selling Hydrocodone. Jordan was remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000 bail.

-- Frank Mastrorocco, 23, of Walton. Mastrorocco was charged with three counts of Criminal Sale of Marijuana in the Third Degree, Class E Felonies, for selling more then 25 grams of Marijuana on three separate occasions. Mastrorocco was remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 bail.

-- Christopher Pashley, 30, of Walton. Pashley was charged with one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B Felony, for selling Heroin. Pashley was remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility with no bail.

-- Kimberly Pashley-Johns, 29, of Walton. Pashley-Johns was charged with one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B Felony, for selling Heroin. Pashley-Johns was remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000.00 bail.

Deputies say more arrests are pending as they continue their investigation.
