He should've been removed from the bench the first time we reported on him. In April, he was in trouble for sexting his colleagues, now he's having sex with a woman whose case he presided over.

According to the Afro American, Geniene La'Shay Mott's first contact with Michigan Circuit Court Judge Wade McCree Jr., was when he presided over her child support case.
