Police Arrest Moorestown Man for DWI, Drugs - Moorestown, NJ Patch - Patch.com

Nov. 27

Burglary, 4:13 p.m. — Police said several items were stolen from a home on the 100 block of Wilson Road: jewelry, a Brie suitcase, Dell laptop, bathroom soap dispenser and dish, six bottles of wine, a Canon A560 camera, red Sanyo camera, eyeglasses and a Movado watch. There was no sign of forced entry to the residence.

Nov. 29

Theft from vehicle, 6:08 a.m. — Someone pried open the door of a Honda Civic parked on the unit block of Marigold Drive and stole a Jensen car stereo, police said.

Nov. 30

Burglary, 9:10 p.m. — Someone stole a Toshiba L500 laptop, Nikon digital camera, PlayStation 3 controller and Spider-Man PlayStation 3 game from an apartment on the unit block of East Rudderow Avenue, police said. There were no signs of forced entry. The victim suspects a previous houseguest took the items, police said.

Dec. 1

Arrest (drug possession), 2:39 a.m. — Police arrested Anthony Galiazzi, 30, of Moorestown, after he was stopped on Route 38 West and charged him with driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled dangerous substance (Xanax), unsafe lane change and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, according to a report.

Arrest (DWI), 2:53 a.m. — Police arrested Edward Lewis, 24, of Maple Shade, after he allegedly crashed into the railroad tracks on North Clinton Avenue, according to a report. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, disregard of a stop sign and careless driving.

Dec. 3

Arrest (DWI), 11:54 p.m. — Police arrested John D. Huskey, 51, of Maple Shade, after he was stopped on Franklin Drive, according to a report. Huskey was charged with driving while intoxicated and careless driving.

Arrest (drug possession), 2:34 a.m. — Police arrested Jessica Nacke, 19, of Gloucester City, after reporting to the unit block of Madison Drive for a possible burglary in progress, according to a report. When patrols arrived, Nacke was at the scene and found to have a $500 traffic warrant out of Gloucester, She was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance (psilocybin mushrooms and oxycodone) and possession of a hypodermic syringe, police said. Nacke was transported to Burlington County Corrections and Work Release Center in Pemberton. Police also arrested Francis J. Paradise III, 23, of Gloucester City, for lying about his identity, according to the report. He was charged with hindering apprehension and released pending a court hearing.

Dec. 4

Theft, 8:55 a.m. — Police said someone stole scrap metal from a shed and garage on the 500 block of North Forklanding Road.
