Corning Police charged 22 year old William Collins of
He's also charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Police say Collins sold marijuana to two 15 year old boys while in
Collins was arrested and remains in Steuben County Jail on three thousand dollars cash bail.
The 15 year olds were taken to the police station and turned over to their parents.
No charges will be filed against them.
