TOWN OF MILTON ? A rural Edgerton woman faces charges of felony drug possession and child neglect after she, her 18-year-old son, a juvenile relative and two other adults were arrested last week.
Police executed a search warrant at 5:36 p.m. Wednesday at 1611 E. Road Eight, Edgerton, according to a criminal complaint filed Friday in Rock County Court. The residence is in the town of Milton along the southwestern shore of Lake Koshkonong.
Deputies arrested four adults and referred one teen to juvenile authorities, Rock County Sheriff's Office Capt. Todd Christiansen said.
The Rock County District Attorney's Office has charged Pamela K. Gander, 51, of 1611 E. Road Eight, with keeping a drug-trafficking place, party to possession of marijuana, party to possession of narcotics, party to possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance without a tax stamp and child neglect, according to the complaint.
Also arrested was Brendan Mades, 18, same address, on a charge of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, keeping a drug-trafficking place and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mades has not yet been charged in court.
A 15-year-old Edgerton girl was referred to juvenile authorities on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. A 20-year-old Edgerton woman was arrested on the same charges.
An 18-year-old Edgerton man, Gander's son, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and resisting.
Deputies had to shoot the man with a Taser while arresting him, according to the complaint.
Police executed the search warrant after getting complaints that Gander was selling drugs from the home to high school students. They seized between 250 and 300 grams of marijuana and a small number of Adderall pills from the home, according to the complaint.
Gander allowed underage people to drink alcohol and smoke unlimited amounts of marijuana in the home, according to the complaint.
