Two Arrested for Selling Drugs
Downsville, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Two men are in jail after investigators say they sold nearly 75 bags of drugs to an undercover informant.
Delaware County Sheriff's arrested 29-year-old Patrick Lass and 30-year-old Walter Lewis II.
They're accused of selling 73 bags of heroin to a confidential informant Friday night in the Downsville Country Store parking lot in Downsville.
Following the deal, both men were arrested by the Delaware County Sheriff's Office Drug Enforcement Unit and charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.
The two were arraigned in the Town of Colchester Court and taken to the Delaware County Jail on $100,000 cash bail each.
The two men are originally from Delaware County but now live in Pennsylvania.
