Girl accuses man of rape, making obscene video - IBNLive

Ambala: A girl here has alleged that a resident of Kaithal village raped her and made an obscene CD of the act with which he was blackmailing her, police said Wednesday.

According to police, the victim in her complaint said that she came into contact with the accused, identified as Rajesh, on a social networking site.

She alleged that on February 12 last, he visited her residence when she was alone at home and then, after spiking her tea with a sedative, raped her when she was unconscious.

He allegedly threatened her saying that if the matter was disclosed, he would upload her "obscene CD" on the internet.

Police said a case under Section 376 had been registered in the matter although no arrests have been made yet.
