COPS: Norrsitown woman arrested for drug paraphernalia, active warrant - The Times Herald

WHITPAIN June Hartman, 48, of the 1500 block of James Street, Norristown, was arrested Oct. 4 on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, false identification to police and an active warrant from Whitpain Township, police said. An officer on patrol in the 1900 block of Skippack Pike observed Hartman, who was wearing dark clothing and was difficult to see, riding a bike at 12:54 a.m., police said. She was acting very hyper, agitated and nervous and admitted to being in possession of drug paraphernalia and having outstanding warrants for unpaid traffic tickets, police said.

Two men charged after shooting

WHITPAIN Gregory Mastrangelo 22, of the 1100 block of Rosewood Drive, Blue Bell, was charged with reckless endangerment, drug charges, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and a township ordinance violation after police responded to a report of shots being fired in the 1100 block of Rosewood at 3:04 a.m. Oct. 1, police said. Two males were observed in a black Honda Accord parked in a Rosewood driveway and Mastrangelo was identified as the driver, police said. Multiple spent .45-caliber rounds were found on the ground by the drivers door and a loaded .45-caliber Smith & Wesson was found in the car, police said. Drugs and drug paraphernalia were also found inside the car and Mastrangelo appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance, police said. Mastrangelo was arraigned before District Judge Patricia Zaffarano, who set bail at 10 percent of $25,000, and he was taken to Montgomery County Correctional Facility, police said.

The passenger, identified as David Hodgdon, 28, of the 200 block of Caspian Way, Norristown, also appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance, police said. Hodgdon was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness and later released, police said.

Teen charged with possession of alcohol

WHITPAIN Jonathan Zeidman, 19, of the 100 block of East Montgomery Avenue, Ardmore, was charged with possession of alcohol while being under the age of 21 following a one-vehicle accident at 12:16 p.m. Oct. 2 on DeKalb Pike at Village Square, police said. While police were questioning Zeidman, he admitted to having alcohol in the trunk of his car, police said.
