A group of squatters have moved into a former school building and are displaying obscene slogans in the windows.
Bailiffs attempted to execute an eviction of the building in Trinity Road, Tooting, on January 24 but were unsuccessful.
A number of derogatory banners are being displayed in the windows, while another outside declares it is a squat.
One banner deems the squat as a "wh*re house."
The doorway has also been barricaded, with another eviction planned to take place in due course.
A spokeswoman for the police said: "Officers accompanied bailiffs to an address on Trinity Road to evict squatters from an old school.
"The eviction had to be re-arranged."
