A Milford man who police said emailed photos of his genitalia to two girls, ages 13 and 15, has been charged with felony counts of disseminating explicit sexual material to a minor.
Alexander L. Hahn, 20, was charged last week in district court in Perkasie. He also faces felony counts for unlawful contact with a minor involving obscene and other sexual materials.
According to court documents, the 13-year-old girl told state police that on Jan. 5, Hahn sent her an email containing a photo of his genitalia. The girl told police that she had sent him an email containing photos of her in her underwear and naked.
When questioned by police on Jan. 28, Hahn admitted sending the photo and said he knew the girl was 13 years old. He also told troopers that he had sent a photo of his genitalia to a 15-year-old girl whom he knew.
The 15-year-old told investigators that Hahn sent her the obscene photo last summer and again following a party they had both attended in early January. She said at the party Hahn took her cell phone that contained a photo of her in panties and a sports bra and emailed that photo to his cell phone against her wishes, according to court records.
Hahn was arraigned Thursday. His bail was set at $25,000.
