Arrests over alleged drug-lab bust at Elizabeth Downs and Elizabeth Park - Adelaide Now

THE discovery of a clandestine drug laboratory at Elizabeth Downs has led to the arrest of two men on drugs and weapons charges.

Police raided the house yesterday and allegedly uncovered a drug lab being used to make amphetamines. They allegedly also found a firearm and other drug-related material.

An Elizabeth Downs man, 43, was arrested and charged with drugs and firearms offences.

A subsequent search of an Elizabeth Park house led to the arrested of a man, 30, who was allegedly in possession of 50 street deals of amphetamines and $4500 in cash.

A woman, 25, at the same house was reported for being in possession of a Taser.

All three will appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court at a later date.
