Brothers arrested after drugs, guns found in Thomasville homes - myfox8.com

THOMASVILLE, N.C. — Two brothers have been charged after deputies say they found 31 marijuana plants, guns, materials used to make meth and other drugs inside a pair of Thomasville homes.

According to the Davidson County Sheriff's Office, James Kenneth Pritchett Jr., 50, and John W. Pritchett, 43, were arrested Monday after deputies with the Vice/Narcotics Unit served search warrants at two homes — one being the suspects' home at 4252 Denton Road; the other located at 4219 Denton Road.

At the suspects' home, deputies say they found "several items used to manufacture methamphetamine" in addition to eight firearms and drug paraphernalia. At the second home, they found the marijuana plants, 18 Xanax pills, three morphine pills and "numerous items of drug paraphernalia."

James Pritchett is charged with manufacturing marijuana, possession with intent to sell a schedule IV drug, possession of a schedule II drug, maintaining a dwelling to keep a controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held in the Davidson County Jail under a $55,000 secured bond

John Pritchett is charged with manufacture methamphetamine, possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held under a $25,000 secured bond.

Deputies say the SBI assisted them in the investigation.
