South Philadelphia Boulevard, 300 block, Jan. 28. Deborah G. Gilpin, 61, of the 400 block Green Street in Havre de Grace was arrested and charged with trespassing.

North Parke Street, unit block, Jan. 28. Dwayne A. Copeland, 21, of the 300 block of Carter Street in Aberdeen was arrested on a warrant.

Norman Avenue and Aberdeen Proving Ground, Jan. 28. Blake Willis, 21, of the unit block of East Bel Air Avenue in Aberdeen was arrested on a warrant.

Beards Hill Road, 1000 block, Jan. 28. Frank E. Martinez, 29, of the 1700 block of Fountain Rock Way in Edgewood was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Lewis Drive, unit block, Jan. 23. Michael B. Smith, 26, of the 300 block of Priestford Road in Bel Air was arrested on a warrant.                 

North Parke Street, unit block, Jan. 23. Natrice J. Parker, 29, of the unit block of Liberty Street in Aberdeen was arrested on a warrant.

East Bel Air Avenue, 100 block, Jan. 23. Wayne A. Bowser Jr., 29, of the 300 block of Baltimore Street in Aberdeen was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

West Bel Air Ave, unit block, Jan. 22. Jaquan J. Rodriquez, 26, of the 2100 block of Pulaski Highway was arrested on a warrant.

North Philadelphia Boulevard, 200 block, Jan. 22. Rosina M. Hillis, 27, of the 1800 block of Eloise Lane in Edgewood was arrested and charged with theft and fraud.

West Bel Air Avenue, unit block, Jan. 18. Joseph E. Busch, 40, of the 1400 block of Amber Square in Belcamp was arrested on a warrant for violation of parole.
