The recent Hulk Hogan sex tape video scandal appears to be headed to court, as "The Hulkster" is apparently threatening to sue over the recently leaked footage online. Questions still remain over who would leak such footage online in order to try to bash Hogan.
The news of Hulk's sex tape leak just recently surfaced, coincidentally around the same time his ex-wife, Linda, was busted on a DUI charge. As reported by TMZ.com, Hogan already is working on a cease-and-desist letter to the website that presented the footage. He also has his legal team on the job in an effort to prevent any further displays of the video. One of Hulk's lawyers, David R. Houston, reportedly told TMZ:
"This tape was made secretly without Hulk's knowledge or permission. We are going to do everything in our power to figure out who did it. Anyone displaying the tape will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law."
One has to wonder who was responsible for the leaked Hulk Hogan sex tape since it was an anonymous source that just sent it to Gawker. Now it appears Hulkster and his team are looking to stop that. Unfortunately, as has been the case with many other leaked nude photos and sex tapes, the footage never really dies online and it's hard to round up everyone who watches it or puts it on some random blog. However, the thought of Hulk Hogan coming after you with a legal team might be enough to scare people away.
Who do you think leaked the sex video footage? A former acquaintance of Hogan's or some random person just looking to ruin him? The bigger question for anyone planning to display the footage: "Whatcha gonna do when Hulk's legal team runs wild on you?"
