Drugs Found In Home; 3 Arrested Looking For 1 - WFMY News 2

(Burlington, NC)  -- On October 14th, 2012 at approximately 4:30pm, The Burlington Police went to a residence on Durham Street in regards to a drug investigation.

When Officers arrived they developed probable cause that drugs were on the property and obtained a search warrant.

The warrant was served at later that day at 7:30pm. During the search Officers found 6.25 ounces of marijuana, 5.5 grams of cocaine and a stolen .380 handgun.

The following people were arrested at the house at the time of the warrant and charged .

1) Charlly Shakole Leath , Black Female, 25 of the residence - was arresested and charged with Possession of Cocaine, Possession with Intent Sale Deliver Cocaine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Simple Possession of Schedule V, II, and IV. Leath was placed in jail under a $24,000 dollar secured bond

2) Brandon Artrez Simmons, Black Male, 22 of the residence - was arresested and charged with Possession with Intent Sale Deliver Marijuana, Manufacture Marijuana, Maintain Dwelling, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Firearm by Felon, Possession of Stolen Firearm. He was also wanted by the Department of Corrections for a Felony Probation Violation. Simmons was placed in jail under a $110,000 dollar secured bond

3) Jennifer Marie Budniewski, White Female, 26 of  Stonewyck Dr, Burlington, NC- was arresested and charged with Simple Possession of Marijuana . She was placed in jail under a $2,000 dollar secured bond.

Officers also issued a warrant on Antonio Alexander Freeland, Black Male, 23 of the residence in questions, that was not home at the time of the search, for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He is also wanted by the Department of Corrections for Felony Probation Violation.
