The El Paso County Sheriff's Strike Team made three drug-related arrests and recovered some weapons this weekend, the Sheriff's Office reported.

Strike Team deputies and detectives arrested a woman late Friday night in a parking lot along the 200 block of Padres Drive after they observed what appeared to be a drug deal. Lorena Rocha, 44, was arrested and charged with possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana. Two other women were turned over to the El Paso Police Department for having outstanding multiple traffic warrants.

About 10 minutes later, Strike Team deputies saw a vehicle return to the same parking lot. The driver was identified as Crystal Ramirez, 20. She was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance under 1 gram.

In the last incident, Strike Team members also arrested Matthew Elicerio, 23, after team members received information of drug-related activity along the 8700 block of Cathedral. During a search of the residence, marijuana was found along with three firearms. Further investigation showed that two of the weapons were stolen. Elicerio was charged with two counts of theft of a firearm and possession of marijuana under 2 ounces.
