Hulk Hogan is the latest celebrity to be caught in a sex tape scandal – and he's not happy about it.
"This tape was made secretly without Hulk's knowledge or permission. We are going to do everything in our power to figure out who did it. Anyone displaying the tape will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law," the 59-year-old former wrestler's lawyer, David R. Houston, told TMZ.com.
The one-minute clip, which was posted to the website Gawker.com, is reportedly a small piece of a longer film featuring Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, that is currently being shopped around to the highest bidder for release.
Last April, still images of the X-rated movie were leaked on the internet, however, today is the first time footage of the actual film has been released. Gawker reportedly obtained the film for free from an anonymous source, according to TMZ reports.
