Sky Ferreira and her boyfriend Zachary Cole Smith were arrested in Saugerties, N.Y., early Saturday morning, days after the singer-model walked the runway for Marc Jacobs during New York Fashion Week.
Police said the pair's 1990 Ford pickup truck was pulled over during a traffic stop, and a registration check revealed that the New Jersey plates on the car had been stolen.
While taking Smith into custody for charges related to driving an unregistered motor vehicle without insurance or a license, officers found a "plastic bag containing 42 decks of heroin," according to a press release uploaded by CBS.
Smith, the 28-year-old Saint Laurent model and frontman of indie band DIIV, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Ferreira, 21, was also busted after she was found to have ecstasy. She was arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance and, according to the Daily Freeman, she resisted arrest and was further charged for that.
The duo was held in Ulster County Jail and released on bail. They are scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
Smith tweeted about the arrests from his band's account on Monday.
"What you're reading is a police blotter, not the outcome of a court case. These cops wanted to f--k us, and they did," he wrote. "Sky did nothing wrong."
