BUFFALO, NY (WKBW/Release) - Buffalo police have arrested five individuals on drug charges after executing a search warrant earlier this week on West Northrup Place.

Narcotics detectives arrested 19-year-old Cameron Hom, 19-year-old John Marchant, 19-year-old Jared Eder, 19-year-old Ethan Mirenberg and 19-year-old Michael Daley, all of the West Northrup Place address.

Police say all five are students at the University at Buffalo.

Detectives say the individuals accepted a controlled delivery of illegal drugs.

Charges for the five range from criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell, unlawful possession of marijuana and other charges.

Police say they seized cocaine, marijuana, pills and other illegal drugs. Police also seized three guns and almost $800.00 in cash.

Buffalo police were assisted in the investigation by ICE and US Postal Inspectors.

Last month Buffalo police arrested seven other individuals at another residence on West Northrup in connection with illegal drug activity.
