Drug investigation leads to arrests - WAVY-TV

POQUOSON, Va. (WAVY) - Following an 8-month long investigation into illegal drug distribution, Poquoson police have arrested six individuals and are looking for one more.

According to Clifford Bowen with the Poquoson Police Department, the investigation started in April 2012 by the department's Tri-Rivers Drug Task Force.

Six people, including one juvenile, have been arrested and Bown said police are looking for one more suspect.

Rodrick E. Marshall, 38, of Hampton is wanted on charges of distribution of crack cocaine.

The following individuals have been arrested as a result of the investigation:

1. William G. Hoback, 41, Poquoson. Facing two counts of distribution of marijuana and one count of distribution of cocaine.

2. Divine Fraser, 21, Poquoson. Facing five counts of distribution of marijuana, three counts of conspiracy to distribute marijuana, four counts of distributing drugs using a juvenile.

3. Christopher G. Olson, 24, Yorktown. Charged with one count of distribution of marijuana.

4. Timothy W. Nettles, 41, Hampton. Charged with two counts of conspiracy to distribute cocaine.

5. Allen H. Roberts, III, 40, Poquoson. Charged with two counts of distribution of oxycodone and one count of distribution of dilauded.

6. A male juvenile, 16, Poquoson. Charged with one petition for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, one petition for distribution of marijuana and three petitions for conspiracy to distribute marijuana.
