Martoyo, councilor of the Golkar Party, Brig. Kristof Sinaga and Brig. Indra Aswadi are currently being detained in Simalungun Police station.

North Sumatra Police spokesman Adj. Sr. Comr. MP Nainggolan said the hotel raid had led to the arrest of a drug dealer named Mangasi Manurung, who had allegedly supplied drugs to the three.

Nainggolan said the police had taken urine tests of the three arrested officials. They will be declared suspects if the test indicates that they have used drugs, Simalungun Police chief Adj. Sr. Comr. Andi Syahriful Taufik added.
