Hawkins man accused of texting obscene photos to 13-year-old
ROGERSVILLE — A Rogersville teen accused of texting photos of his genitals to a 13 year old South Carolina boy was arraigned Monday on one count of exhibition of obscene materials to a minor.
Police allege that Logan Keith Delph, who turns 20 next Monday, began sending naked photos to a boy in Spartanburg, S.C. two years ago when the alleged victim was 13 years old. The mother of the boy, who is now 15, filed a complaint with her local police department this past August.
Computer forensics allegedly traced the photos back to Delph, who lives at 136 Willard Lawson Road, Rogersville.
Delph is currently free on $10,000 bond.
